This disc brake kit is everything needed for a replacement of drum brakes on a WC 1 1998 – 2004 or NE 5 2005 -2008 or Cruzzer,. This is a rear brake improvement !! It does require a small stop to be welded on the frame for the brake cable . I have a picture to show you were to weld the bracket. Ray at Whizzer city installed one for a customer and posted pictures on the site to show how easy and nice it is.
